Antoine Lie

"I don't need an incentive to find inspiration. The world we live in, with its beauty and darkness, is enough." Antoine Lie was born in Strasbourg, where he grew up in a family that had no connections with the perfume industry. However, he remembers being fascinsted by the sense of smell from an early age. "Suddenly, at the age of 12 or 13, I discovered the profession of 'nose'." After graduating with a degree in chemistry, he attented Givaudan's perfumery school. He stayed with Givaudan until 2011, when he moved to the Takasago in Japan. Since 2018, he has been working with Atelier Fragranze Milano Srl.
