We are delighted to welcome you as a returning customer! With a Perfume Lounge account, you are automatically enrolled in our Lounge Loyalty Programme. You earn points with every purchase—both online and in our Amsterdam boutique—which can be redeemed for vouchers and exclusive gifts. Your total points determine your loyalty level. The higher your level, the better your benefits. Tip: make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on your member-only offers.

Points are automatically added to your account for every euro spent online or in-store: You earn 1 point for every €1 spent, regardless of your level. You can also earn points by following us on social media, entering your birthday, and registering your account. We'll continue adding new ways to earn points—stay tuned!

Visit the Lounge Loyalty page and scroll to “Redeem your points.” The first row shows available gifts. The second row displays discount vouchers, including both fixed amounts and percentage discounts.

Once you have earned enough points, the “Redeem” button will be activated below the available rewards, visible by a darker color. · Click the button to claim your reward. · Add products to your shopping cart. · Enter the voucher code during checkout (note: your cart must not be empty).

Redeemed vouchers and gifts are listed in your account under “Your vouchers.” All codes are valid for one year, so be sure to use them in time!

Points remain valid for 12 months from your last purchase. Each new purchase resets the 12-month expiration period for all your points.

If you return (part of) an order, the points earned for those items will be deducted once the return is processed.

Generally, only one voucher or promotion can be used per order. Exceptions may apply for special offers, which will be clearly stated.

You earn points when purchasing a gift voucher, but not when redeeming one.

A special annual event - usually in November - where members enjoy early access to secret deals, discounts and exclusive products. Only members get access for Best Friends Friday, as the name says it all.

Members receive early invitations to events, masterclasses, product launches, and limited editions. To receive early access, ensure you’re subscribed to our newsletter.

No, points are personal and non-transferable between accounts.
