First Hug by Voice From the Sky captures the pure warmth of a very first embrace. An aquatic-green, comforting fragrance — like a sea breeze with a sensual, intimate edge.
With this fragrance, the brand's founder set out to capture the heart-beating moment he first met his wife on a beach in Cannes, using an olfactory imagination that blends transparent azure with a hint of salty sea breeze. Rather than the "shining moments" love is often remembered for, this perfume holds onto something more honest: the quiet flutter of that very first encounter.
The opening is dusted with blue chamomile, while oak and cognac lend a pleasantly tipsy warmth — achievable only through cognac aged in oak barrels — capturing the eagerness and nervous energy of a first meeting. At the heart, elegant neroli meets the sacred depth of frankincense, softened by violet leaf into something effortless and harmonious. The base freezes this moment in time: the deep blue of aquatic seaweed, the green freshness of galbanum, and the warm, infinite white of ambergris. A hug on the beach in Cannes, sky and sea folding into the dark, marking a beginning both romantic and decisive.
Seaweed, Cognac, Chamomile, Neroli, Violet leaf, Incense, Galbanum, Oakwood, Ambergris
