Pois de Senteur is a true iconic classic from Caron, created in 1927. Perfumer Ernest Daltroff was inspired by the intriguing scent of lathyrus flowers, crafting a fragrance that is rich, full, and tender all at once. Pois de Senteur is a true “grande poudrée”: a luxurious, powdery, fully floral perfume with a beautiful vintage character.
This timeless creation highlights radiant jasmine elevated by the sweet nuances of honey. Lathyrus (sweet peas) brings a complex, fresh, and delicately sweet floral note, blended with Moroccan jasmine absolute and soft, rounded honey tones. Ylang-ylang and narcissus add a light, sunny freshness, while cassia and orange blossom enhance the sweet facets.
The result is a refined fragrance that beautifully captures the tenderness and subtlety of the flower, leaving an elegant and lasting trail.
