In Tabac Tabou from Parfum d’Empire, the tobacco leaf unfolds itself in whiffs of fresh hay and wild landscape. The green sap of narcissus, white flowers and sweet, honeyed immortelle unlocks mysterious depths that are earthy yet delicately refined.
This extrait de parfum by Marc-Antoine Corticchiato is beautifully balanced: warm, aromatic, and slightly sweet with an animalic twist. A real haute perfume.
Narcissus, Tobacco, Immortelle, Honey
Parfum d'Empire entails a beautiful collection of eau de parfums for both women and men, which tell stories from the scented memories of different cultures. Parfum d'Empire is the independent brand of master perfumer Marc-Antoine Corticchiato. Built around authentic and rare ingredients Parfum d'Empire has been building connections between the symbolic values of perfume since 2003. The brand name refers to that noble and rare raw materials loved by ancient civilizations.
A traditional fougère is characterized by citrus top notes, an aromatic heart of lavender, roses or geranium that lay on a bed of oak moss and hay smelling coumarin. The name Fougère stems from the original perfume Fougère Royale, created in 1882 by the iconic perfumer Houbigant. As Houbigant said at the time, "if God had given ferns a scent, they would have smelled like Fougère Royale."
