Just un Reve by Nicolaï Paris is truly dream of a perfume composed of white flowers and creamy coconut, sandalwood, and vanilla.
Quote by Bois de Jasmin:
“Juste Un Rêve (1996), true to its name, is a dream of a fragrance.
A dream of lush flowers dropping petals onto hot sand and of sweet haze of carefree summer. A burst of opulent monoi warms up the skin like a ray of sunshine. There is nothing bashful about its sumptuous scent redolent of coconut and white peaches. Yet, it is a perfect setting for the intertwining melody of luscious sweet rose and banana tinged jasmine.
Creamy and satiny, it is a fragrance that stays close to the skin, yet entices if one is lucky to get close enough to the wearer.
A whisper of iris balances out what could have been an overly sweet and lush drydown, resulting in a perfectly ornamented composition, which could not be described as anything but stunning.”
Sandalwood, Peach, Jasmine, Coconut, Tuberose, Vanilla, Ylang ylang
Patricia de Nicolaï is no stranger to haute perfumery, being a direct descendant of Pierre Guerlain. She builds on a tradition of excellence in perfumery, making use of the most valuable raw materials with a chic personal recognizable style. Her perfumes are contemporary classic, chic and with French elegance. We are truly happy that Patricia de Nicolai started her own independent haute parfum brand in 1989: Nicolaï Paris.
Fruity fragrances are juicy, colorful and spark joy. Smell the sweet delights of apples, pears, strawberries and cherries... You can almost taste the sugar mangos and juicy lychees in this olfactive family!
Patricia de Nicolai
As a female pioneer in the niche perfumery, Patricia de Nicolaï took the courageous decision in 1989 to start her independent perfume house Nicolaï. It builds on a tradition of elegant French perfumery, using refined natural raw materials with a chic personal style. Because of her striking creativity and craftsmanship, Patricia became the first woman to receive the Best International Perfumer award in 1988 and was awarded the French Legion d'Honneur for her enchanting Number One creation. Her New York perfume was rated 5 stars by Luca Turin as 'one of the greatest fragrances in history'.
