What’s in a name? The fragrance Vetiver by perfumer Hiram Green is all about the beautiful powerful ingredient vetiver.
The perfume opens radiant and energetically in the most pleasant way. This is because of the citrus of which its freshness is enhanced by the ginger. It really gives the fragrance some spicy notes and a trace of bitterness.
The two types of vetiver, originating from Haiti and Java, give the perfume an earthy and smoky character. This is a complex fragrance because it is fresh, earthy, salty, woody, smokey, and soft at the same time. Complex in a carefree way.
The ingredient Vetiver is very popular in classic perfumes for men, but Hiram Green does not take sides and Vetiver is most definitely also suitable for women. It is extra special that Hiram has once again succeeded in making such a full and powerful perfume based on 100% natural ingredients.

Woody
Woody fragrances are full of character and indeed very woodsy. They can be warm, soothing and creamy, but also dry and spicy. Key ingredients are cedar wood, patchouli, sandalwood and/or vetiver. Oudh (agarwood), Palo Santo and guaiac wood have also joined the perfumer's palet, just like the fantastic synthetics such as Javanol or Iso-E-Super.

The Canadian perfumer Hiram Green creates and produces artisanal fragrances made exclusively from natural ingredients. After his discovery that almost all perfumes include synthetic ingredients, it became Hiram's mission to solely create perfumes based on all-natural ingredients. He sources (sometimes extremely) precious natural ingredients from all over the world and makes his perfumes by hand. Hiram's perfumes are best described as intense, lush and expressive.
