Conditions for returns and refunds on November 24 and 25

• Items purchased with discount: We do not accept returns and refunds for discounted items purchased on November 24 and 25.
• Items purchased without discount: Products purchased at full price during this period are eligible for refunds, provided the matching gift set is also returned in its original, unopened condition.
