Shalini

Dit merk is het concept van de in Bombay geboren, haute couture ontwerper Shalini. De parfums van Shalini zijn gecreëerd door de bekroonde meester parfumeur Maurice Roucel, die ingrediënten van de hoogste kwaliteit gebruikte voor Shalini's creaties. Shalini begon haar carrière als architect. Haar aangeboren fascinatie voor textuur, stemming en kleur leidde haar in de wereld van haute couture en haute parfumerie. Als kind was ze omringd door geuren en haar geurherinneringen zijn verwerkt in haar verfijnde geuren. Shalini over haar 'signature scent': "From an early age, my mom introduced me to all the flowers in the garden, the way they grew from bud to full bloom and how their fragrance changed through the passage of the time. Tuberoses were my favourite – they only emitted their gorgeous scent in the evening hours. As a child I would sneak into the garden at night so I could inhale them by the moonlight."
